About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Concept Artist to help define the visual identity of our video game projects. You will be responsible for creating inspiring artwork that communicates mood, style, and design direction for characters, environments, props, and key visuals. The ideal candidate has a strong imagination, excellent drawing and painting skills, and a deep passion for visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality concept art for characters, environments, props, and UI elements.

Develop mood boards, sketches, and illustrations to communicate creative direction.

Collaborate with designers, writers, and art directors to establish a unified artistic vision.

Provide visual references and guidelines for 2D/3D artists during production.

Explore multiple design variations and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Maintain consistency with the game’s art style while introducing innovative ideas.

Contribute to world-building and storytelling through visual development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience as a Concept Artist (preferably in games).

Strong portfolio showcasing characters, environments, and imaginative designs.

Proficiency in digital painting tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or Krita.

Solid understanding of anatomy, perspective, lighting, and color theory.

Ability to work in various styles, from realistic to stylized.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining artistic quality.
Nice to Have:

Experience with 3D tools (Blender, ZBrush) for blockouts or paintovers.

Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal) for integrating concept art into workflows.

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Experience with storyboarding or cinematic illustration.
