Job Title: QA Team Lead

About the Role

Do you want to be part of a leading international service provider for the gaming industry in North America?
We’re expanding our pool of testers and looking for experienced QA Team Leads to join our growing team. As a lead, you’ll be responsible for directing and supporting testers, ensuring testing quality, managing communication with clients, and contributing to test planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and report issues/defects in games and applications with clear documentation

  • Write and maintain software test plans and attend client meetings

  • Direct and manage tester teams, assign daily tasks, and vet reported issues

  • Act as a client-facing lead, ensuring smooth communication and delivery

  • Maintain high testing standards in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and French

  • 5+ years of Functional QA experience, with 2+ years in a lead position

  • Experience with Jira, TestRail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs/Word

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent team leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

  • Good attention to detail and ability to think outside the box

  • Must be located in the Greater Montreal Area due to time zone and hardware requirements
