About the Role:
We are seeking a CSS Developer with a keen eye for design and detail. In this role, you will transform wireframes and design concepts into clean, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. Your work will directly impact the user experience by ensuring consistent, pixel-perfect styling across devices and browsers.
Key Responsibilities:

Build responsive layouts and interfaces using modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid).

Implement consistent styling, design systems, and reusable components.

Ensure accessibility (WCAG/ARIA) and cross-browser compatibility.

Collaborate with designers and developers to translate designs into working UI.

Optimize CSS for performance and maintainability.

Troubleshoot and resolve rendering/layout issues.

Maintain clean documentation for styles and components.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in front-end or CSS-focused roles.

Expert knowledge of CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, animations, transitions).

Strong grasp of responsive and mobile-first design.

Proficiency with preprocessors (Sass/SCSS) or utility frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).

Familiarity with HTML5 and basic JavaScript for UI behavior.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ARIA).

Strong attention to detail and ability to match design mockups exactly.

Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
Nice to Have:

Experience with theming in CMS or eCommerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Experience with performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, CSS minification).
